Not Worth the Effort or Cost (JOYORUN)

As someone who is always on the watch for a bargain, JOYORUN's website naturally piqued my interest. After looking through their selection and buying something from them, however, I can say that you should not waste your time or money. To begin with, the merchandise I got was of poor quality. I purchased a dress and shoes, and both were of poor quality and poorly constructed. The dress was ill-fitting and the sandals were uncomfortable and wore out quickly. The products obviously weren't durable. Second, they had terrible customer care. My attempts to contact their customer service department were met with insensitive answers and a lack of understanding. It was obvious that they didn't care about me as a client or trying to fix the problems I was having. Finally, the delivery periods were very lengthy. In this day and age of lightning-fast internet shopping, a delay of nearly a month in the delivery of my order is intolerable. In sum, JOYORUN is not a service that merits your attention or investment. This online shop should be avoided at all costs due to the low quality of its products, its unhelpful customer service, and its lengthy delivery times. If you want a secure and pleasant buying experience, I recommend going elsewhere.

Pros
  • a practical one-stop shop for all your fashion requirements.
Cons
  • bad customer care.
