Surprisingly all parts arrived in good condition. This was a surprise given the poor packaging and other purchases from this supplier that arrived broken and non-functional. Performance is what you would expect from a Chinese 12706. Performance is a bit slower than US but more expensive TECs, but it's consistent between devices, and in testing I was able to get a mid-size radiator to 26 degrees Fahrenheit (around 67 degrees Fahrenheit) with the hot side of a liquid-cooled water block and high-efficiency 22 fins measuring 10" x 4.5" x 1.5". Everything else doesn't pump as much heat or cool the camera below about 35 degrees Fahrenheit. So good, I certainly would buy again.
