Good harness relay was bad out of the box
So they installed and worked in minutes or so I thought I bought the kit to survive the high boost pull from the body wiring. I have an '85 Chevy. k20 and kit did it for me. On the first surgery I found I didn't have high beam and assumed it was in the truck. I spent days tracking and I even replaced the high beam switch only to find that only one of the two relays was working. I work at a landfill, it didn't cost me anything except a week to find wires.
