I like that it has an easy system to use when logging my patients visits with them as well using our electronic medical records so no paper work or having patient fill out forms separately! It also allows me access from anywhere due its ability through mobile devices which makes things easier especially at times where there isn't internet available such during storms etc.. Sometimes taking too much time trying figure something simple but once figured works great!! Not sure if they have any plans currently about adding other features/apps? But overall good product still being used by us since 2004. I like that it has an option to have multiple people input data into one note. It's easy to use and very helpful when having appointments with several providers at once! Sometimes it takes longer than expected to load if there are many pages within the app. Try using different browsers or computers to see if this speeds up loading time. Having access to my medical records from anywhere makes life easier as well.
