Attention to some detail will be overlooked as a few white threads are hanging loose on mine, but a simple trim will solve this problem. Lighter than my old comfort which is good for comfort (not too hot to sleep on) and handling. Haven't washed it yet, hope it works. I have a large bed and I see if you want it for a queen size bed it seems smaller than you would like. Looks just like the picture on Amazon. Will be updated later if necessary. I've had it for a long time and am mostly happy with it. There are no problems with washing the blanket. I'm up to four stars now
