I use this monitor 95% for gaming and 5% for normal web browsing. The average gamer who switches from a TN panel to a VA panel may find better quality if they have a lower quality TN panel (like my old ASUS TN panel). quality and color fidelity than this VA panel. Even fiddling around with color profiles and calibration, I still can't reproduce the color accuracy of my old BenQ. Halos are also noticeable, mostly in first-person shooters with mouse clicks or flicks, which I never noticed on my BenQ. Not too negative, and nothing to complain about considering BenQ had a 499 and this one had a 330. It reinforces my point that for the money and size this monitor is a solid performer and I really can't complain about much. I have no dead pixels or blowouts and would recommend anyone on a budget to play on a higher refresh rate monitor.
