I really like how easy it was when we first got started using this system, but now as our business has grown so have some of its issues! It seems sometimes if there's an issue with one patient or their insurance provider then other patients are affected too - not sure why yet? Also in terms of appointments (we do both online/appointment setting) can't seem find way around having 2 different systems open at once!! We're looking into getting another program which will help us sync up all services together better than what comes from within iInphase- hopefully by next year though :) Appointments setter / scheduler;.
