The most secret cheap knives
I've been using kiwi knives for over 30 years. Also use Henkel, Wüsthof, Shun and other fashion brands. Truth be told, these inexpensive kiwifruit are perfect for slicing fruit and veg into thin slices. My choice when I need a reliably sharp knife for thin slices. The steel holds its edge very well.
