Review on WAREMAID by Chris Willis
I had high hopes for WAREMAID when I was wanting to upgrade my outdoor space, thus I was disappointed with their customer service. I was eager to make a purchase after seeing the wonderful range of patio furniture and accessories on their website. However, I was quite dissatisfied with their customer service.
First, I attempted calling their customer care because I had some inquiries concerning the merchandise. They took several days to reply, and when they did, the explanations were vague and unhelpful. Second, I placed an order for a patio furniture that was ultimately out of stock. I had to get in touch with them several times to obtain an update; they didn't let me know about the delay. I ended myself having to wait several weeks to get my stuff. Last but not least, one of the patio set's parts was broken when it arrived. I tried contacting their customer service once again, but they were unreachable and unhelpful. Even then, it was a pain because it took me many weeks to receive a replacement piece. Overall, WAREMAID offers a wonderful assortment of outdoor gear, but I was quite disappointed with their subpar customer service and lack of contact. Anyone wishing to renovate their outdoor space should avoid using this firm, in my opinion.
