I like that there is an easy way to send out mass emails, as well as having access from any device (phone or computer). It's also very simple for candidates who are looking at multiple companies/jobs in one place - they can search by location easily too which makes finding jobs easier than ever before when compared with other sites we've used previously. There aren't many downsides really but if anything i'd say its only because my team has been using this product since day 1 so maybe some of their features have changed? If your thinking about trying something new then give them another chance-they're great people & do what they set off tio achieve!!
