I like that there is an easy way to send out mass emails, as well as having access from any device (phone or computer). I really like how easy this is to use, as far being able get new employees quickly onboarded with little training time needed by our people in HR or hiring managers (which we have had issues before). It's also very user-friendly for any applicant who has never used an application system of theirs previously - no complicated menus/clicks etc required which can be confusing if they're not familiar already when doing something simple such us applying online via job applications sites eTCetc..
