Oil bottles are not sealed with foil.

Bottles of oil were not sealed with foil which normally has to be punctured. The bottle caps were sealed, but when the last bottle was poured into the engine, it turned out that moisture could condense inside the bottle. Now I will buy locally, I want to see if there is a difference in packaging standards.
