I don't know why I always look for the cheapest. I am always disappointed with the quality of the product. And this one is no exception to this trend. I had to buy a new cover after the diaphragm deteriorated like a lot of people do on cruises. I installed it on the car with no problem and when I tightened it to the required torque one of the bolts broke straight away! I'm not sure what material the screws are made of, but they're certainly not high quality. But again, you get what you pay for. So think twice before you buy this particular cap and spend an extra $15 to get a genuine OEM product that won't break before installation.
