I bought this monitor because it is height adjustable. Turns out only "gaming" monitors have height adjustment. While I don't use it for gaming, there's the added benefit of a blue light filter, eliminating the need to wear blue light glasses to reduce eye strain. Another advantage is the 144Hz refresh rate, which reduces flickering, which also reduces eye strain. This monitor is paired with an NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 graphics card that supports DisplayPort output on the Dell XPS 8940 desktop for excellent video quality, live streaming (connected to Cox TV) and no tearing or lag when viewing store used. I don't understand why monitor manufacturers don't add all these features to every monitor, especially those designed for "business purposes" when the monitors are used more than 8 hours a day!
