The only thing I didn't like is that the IPS panel isn't well suited for gaming, especially games like csgo, valorant or apex. It's not too bad, but like I said, I think the TN panel does a better job with response time and all. If you're looking for a monitor and want no motion blur and a better frame rate when gaming, try a TN panel. This monitor is balanced on both counts. nice colors and good xs. I don't play competitive FPS games, so I can't tell you how it performs in that area, but it's very bright right out of the box and the image is sharp. In general, a good monitor, no criticism. The picture is nice, the refresh rate is as promised, so I like it. On the cons: - the time to turn on or switch the source is about 10 seconds. I often use KVM to switch from a work laptop to a home setup and it takes an annoyingly long time to display an image from two monitors. The built-in tiny speakers are unusable. A player would never use them. A USB hub would be much better than speakers. It's not there.

Have owned a 24" ViewSonic monitor for 10 years with no problems. I did this on Cyber Monday just for the bigger screen and felt bad sending my 24" for storage because it is fine to date .I've never heard of ViewSonic in 2011 when I bought this 24" unit for my only computer and have lasted through to my next 2 computers. I bought this monitor because it is height adjustable. Turns out only "gaming" monitors have height adjustment. While I don't use it for gaming, there's the added benefit of a blue light filter, eliminating the need to wear blue light glasses to reduce eye strain. I chose this monitor for a number of reasons. Claimed high color quality, refresh rate, and non-gamer aesthetics. However, upon turning on the monitor, I noticed a noticeable backlight blurring at the top edges of the display, to the point where you couldn't ignore it anymore. When delivered, the monitor has many ghost images/streaks. In a framerate game it looks like ultra high motion blur. After playing around with the monitor settings for a while I managed to reduce this. After a couple of weeks, a pixel spot started flickering (as seen in the video). I fixed it by lowering the refresh rate in Windows from 144Hz to 120Hz. Raising it to 144Hz immediately brought the flickering back, and lowering it to 120Hz solved the problem. I bought a FHD 144Hz IPS version of this monitor to pair with an RTX 2060 tower to play Warzone and some big Steam games. Framerate averages around 100 seconds with everything on and off, which is what I was expecting. I can disable some settings and get it closer to a stable 144, but I'm fine around 120. Bought two of these monitors. One of them works fine, and the other had some dust particles behind the screen. At first I thought these were dead pixels, but upon closer inspection they are behind the screen.

You cannot use Gsyn or FreeSync with a 1ms response time. If you also enable the 1 ms response time, the image quality and brightness will be degraded by about 20%. When testing 144Hz with the UFO, there is significant ghosting even with a 1ms response time. I bought dll for 161, for such a price it is normal. But I would look for another one with better image quality and less ghosting.

The monitor does an excellent job of displaying. The built-in speaker sounds preserved/muffled even at high volume settings. You need to plan for a different sound system.

Since my eyes are very sensitive, I use a low brightness. The monitor is exactly as advertised with smooth bezels and an advertised frequency of 144Hz. After using that high refresh rate I don't think I can go back to 60Hz. Very happy with the monitor and would recommend it to anyone as a budget 144hz monitor.

Got this for a great price on the Prime Days deals. I wanted it to work from home as an extra monitor. I can't say anything about the game quality, but it's perfect for my needs. I like that it can move up and down and tilt and rotate.

As many others have noted, it appears to be a display backlight issue or something, as the right hand corner and bottom corner of 3 of my monitors (one was a replacement that I had to send back) had the exact same issue showed.

I really liked this screen. Easy to set up and beautiful to look at. I'm actually debating whether I should get another one.

This model is known to have the same PANDA panel as some popular AOC and ASUS models. really good quality, there are all adjustments + headset stand. 144Hz is a world of difference from 60Hz. HUGE difference. You can react faster in games.

A very good monitor for gaming and also excellent value for money. The only problem I have is a single dead pixel in the bottom left corner of the screen. A dead pixel isn't a big deal to me considering how much of an upgrade it is compared to my previous monitor.

works fine with windows machine, but i have three different chromebooks, tried all three and the monitor is not picking up a signal, these chromebooks work fine with my other monitor. Cooperation with technical support is very difficult, they are useless. I even sent them a video clip of how I connect it to my Windows PC and then the Chromebook doesn't work.
