I bought this lunch box in August 2020 because our clinic moved due to COVID and there was no refrigerator. About a month later the inner zip failed as the zip mechanism broke off at the end when I was closing it. closed. I thought no big deal, I can still use it. I started using the outside zip pocket to carry my plastic cutlery until last night when this zip had the same issue. I'm not strict, I just open and close the zipper. If the zipper were sewn at the ends, the moving part of the zipper would not come loose. Now I have to buy another lunch box which is a bit sad because I love this one.
