Review on Volansys Modular IoT Gateway by Dusty Oner

I like that it has many features including gateway and sensor modules. It also allows for easy upgrades or adding new devices as they become available in future versions of firmware updates etc. We had some issues initially connecting via WiFi but this was sorted out by our IT department. The system can sometimes be slow and unreliable when sending large amounts of data from sensors such wireless doorbells connected over BTLE to one central hub which then relays information back to other nodes within range through wifi connection. Also not always able to read all signals coming into gateways at once due too their size so need to process them slowly rather than everything being sent quickly if needed. For example we have set up a monitoring network using these moduled units around house allowing us access remotely if required and alerts are pushed straight away if doors open without someone present meaning no more searching frantically trying to find who.
