I like how user friendly it was to use for my staff who know nothing about CRM systems or using them daily. The ability to update information without needing an IT department's help made us look more efficient at our jobs than ever before! At first we did not realize that there were other features included in this system but as time went by they started adding different ones (such as social media marketing) so eventually realized everything you could think of can be done with your software if needed. Sometimes some things do need someone else helping out - mainly uploading photos/images from their computer into one part where customers would see these images which needs updating once uploaded then manually updated again when ready being viewed through website itself. This has become easier since implementing all services online but still requires additional set up work for those users unfamiliar with such tools. Now It's easy to use with all of our employees and customers. I love that it integrates well with Salesforce! There are some things we do not like about Akio but they're working hard to make improvements. We were able to implement their solution in less than 4 weeks which was amazing considering how complex this process can be when you don't have experience using this kind of system. They also helped us get everything set up for the first month so there wasn't any time wasted getting started.
