I from time to time wake up with a super stiff neck from not sleeping correctly. After about 10-15 mins using this on the floor of my bedroom, the stiffness is greatly alleviated and if I’m good and follow up with another 10 mins every morning and night for a few days, it goes away completely and my neck and spine feel better aligned.
