just installed in half an hour, the instructions are rubbish. But the product seems great! The piece of metal that went through the cage was my stumbling block. When I was done I had two extra items and when I installed the basket I noticed they were end caps for the extensions in the dishwasher. Pleasantly surprised. I hope this lasts longer than the original parts, they seem much stronger. If you need it, you'll likely need the lower "basket casters" as well. These wheels also have plastic hubs (make sure you get "upgraded metal hubs"). It all collapsed around the same time. stupid jacuzzi.
