Review on Dometic Brisk II 13500 🏠 BTU Black Rooftop Air Conditioner (B57515.XX1J0) by Dustin Ramsey

Purchased from RVSUPPLIES through Revain. Problems with the device began in the first two months of operation. RVSUPPLIES said to just call Dometic. With great pain I would wait in anticipation. When I finally got through they informed me they would only speak to a technician. I had a technician set up to call them. We ended up getting three numbers from service technicians who have accounts with them. One number was out of order, one was a Tyler RV that wouldn't call customer service, another said if it was purchased from Revain they wouldn't work with it. I'm retired and can't bring a full size motorhome to and from the store as I live in a trailer. Another option is to remove and insert the device. This would allow me to get by without air conditioning in 30-degree weather. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON AS THERE IS A GUARANTEE. I HAVE A LOSS NOW. THANK YOU
