Beautiful and practical!

There was a time when pans were square, rectangular or round. It's in the past. I have special pots for different seasons and these will be for Thanksgiving and Fall. Homemade cakes are always welcome and this pan makes for a spectacular presentation. You can use both the box mix and the scratch recipe with this casserole. Even if the finish comes off quickly, I always recommend using a cooking spray. Or you can brush all the nooks and crannies with melted butter and then dust with flour. Always turn the pan over to remove excess flour. A third option is to use a baker's spray. He has a blue cap. This pan is designed for the so-called "quick bread", similar to a cake. As you pour the batter into the pan, lightly tap the bottom of the pan on a flat surface. This will help get the batter into the nooks and crannies of the pan. This will also get rid of any air bubbles that form as you stir the dough. The frying pan is beautiful and requires special but low-maintenance care. Never wash it in the dishwasher as the detergent used in the dishwasher may damage the quick release cover. Soak the pan before washing to make it easier to remove the remaining crumbs. If there are stubborn crumbs, use a mushroom brush if you have one or a toothpick to loosen them. This beautiful pan will last you for years and earn you rave reviews for your baked goods.
