This is a very fun frying pan. Follow the directions, use Crisco, and you've got the tastiest quick fall bread ever! My first bread wasn't greased enough so it stuck. I've found that with Crisco I can use a brush to dip into the design. Make sure you let it set 10 minutes after baking. This will help separate it from the pan. The cleaning takes a little time. This is by far my new favorite bread pan. The pan is incredibly durable and easy to clean. The design turned out incredibly well, I smeared Crisco into every nook and cranny I could and after some initial cooling the loaf slid out as soon as the pan was inverted.
