This is a very fun frying pan. Follow the directions, use Crisco, and you've got the tastiest quick fall bread ever! My first bread wasn't greased enough so it stuck. I've found that with Crisco I can use a brush to dip into the design. Make sure you let it set 10 minutes after baking. This will help separate it from the pan. The cleaning takes a little time. I hand washed this pan. Not sure if dishwasher safe. It was the only fall. But if you are patient, you will be rewarded with the most beautiful pumpkin and banana bread. Great to celebrate the fall season. Too bad I didn't take pictures to share.
