My Gray Parrot loves them. I "layer" his feeder with 5 or 6 Nutri-Berries, then top it with a layer of Volkman Specialty Mix for African Grays and Revains, then 5 or 6 berries and a final layer of Volkman's. He inevitably chooses Nutri-Berries first. After years of experimenting with his diet, I've found that it gives him the highest quality nutrition relative to his seed base - and of course he gets extra veggies and fruit. I think but she just didn't care about her and kept throwing her out of her bowl - even after over two months of trying to seduce her. To avoid potential waste, I recommend going for the smallest packet you can find when trying them for the first time, as some birds go crazy for them and others wouldn't eat them at gunpoint. :-)
