I have a 1998 Honda Accord SOHC I4 (F23A4) with 5 speed manual transmission and these cables fit perfectly. They replaced what I thought were OEM spark plug wires. Just before installing the wires I installed new spark plugs to see how much better the new wires would be. The new spark plugs made a huge difference in my throttle response and smoothed out the (previously) rough idle. I then installed the new cables and noticed that the car runs much smoother at higher revs. Idling is even smoother and also noticeably quieter. At the traffic light I thought the car was broken because I couldn't hear it until I put it in gear and hit the gas! I looked for cheaper options but these NGKs were way more expensive than other kits I saw online. So I'm happy to say I jumped on them! (I think ACDelco is OEM but they are great!) They are 7mm in diameter (like OEM) and fit well with standard wiring harnesses. They are also numbered according to which part of the manifold they connect to, as well as which cylinder bank they belong to (took only 5 minutes to install). However, the sleeve cuffs were covered in this weird powdery residue, but I suspect it just has something to do with how the silicone sleeve is made. should be at the top of your list!
