TO ALL reading endless pages of reviews, I hope you find this one first. This product is absolute garbage. I return after less than 12 hours of ownership. Setting it up is a problem. Once configured - a joke. Nothing works on a 2018 GE Window AC, even if it is "supported". Set the app to cool 75 degrees and the AC goes into "Auto" "Max Fan" "68 degrees". I uninstalled, reinstalled, contacted support. I don't know who or where these reviews say they are amazing but it definitely doesn't apply to this product. After 10 hours of fiddling it won't connect to my wifi anymore, the errors are unrealistic everywhere. I don't have a single reply from "Amazing 10 hour Get Tech Support. $122. This thing is the equivalent of Walmart's dollar island cell phone chargers that last a day, unfortunately it doesn't even live up to that. Back, back, back, back. Stay away.
