Too much trouble navigating leadderver

I liked most of what led me was doing with my account but didn't care for any aspects about it at all. The interface made things very confusing so you were trying too hard when interacting through it. There are better tools out here than this one! Nothing specific just overall bad experience working though this app as well as customer service in general (not responding etc). We had many problems dealing directly wit htheir support team but would get no help from them either way we tried communicating or asking questions. This really put us off using anything else like live chat again which is essential if someone needs our services during business hours. If you need some sort of automated emailing tool then use something other than Leaddeafer because even basic tasks can be troublesome without it being user friendly enough. They do not offer training sessions unless requested by an organization first before sending anyone over who has never been trained themselves previously otherwise its more likely they wont know where certain buttons / features should go without prior knowledge or training. It's easy to use and has many features, including a powerful API for integration with other applications. The support team is very responsive and helpful. There are some minor UI issues (e.g., sometimes it takes a few seconds for the page to load when you're searching for leads). We've been able to see which of our websites visitors have been using to find us online, so we can target them more effectively in future campaigns.
