Pros: excellent build quality, soft focus, great compact size, nice packaging and carrying case. Image quality is better than my $500 Sigma full-frame SLR. I can't believe I can get fisheye pics at this price! What could be improved: It has no aperture stops, so it's easy to accidentally rotate the aperture thinking you're focusing. And the dial/aperture numbers are lasered into the barrel in thin, small print and are almost impossible to see on my specimen, especially in the darker lighting. This is indeed a design oversight. If you want some fun, read the instructions that come in the box. Written so badly in Chinglish and full of typos we laughed at it!
