The best part of this app was it's ability to give me all my support tickets at once so I could see trends over time with any question or issue that came up throughout our day! This feature has been discontinued now which makes finding anything very difficult when you need help from your team but don't know where they are right then (which happens often). Also there isn’t much room left after adding everything else into one folder called "Support Tickets". If using as ticket management system - check out other apps like ZenDesk / Asana insteadTrailblazer helps us keep track of open issues without cluttering multiple folders across different applications just by creating one "Ticket" file per client/project we work within TrailBlaze saves space & keeps things tidy.
