Review on 🥣 Rubbermaid Large Modular Cereal Keeper: The Ultimate Storage Solution by Brett Lowe

I bought these for cereal but they are not airtight. I washed them before first use, put some water in, put the lids on and watered to see if they would leak and yes the water came out right away. If water is allowed to escape, air can get into the stale flakes. (I also bought a few containers of OXO Good Grips Airtight Cereal and did the same test and they did NOT leak. They are a lot more expensive though, but if Rubbermaid's cereal doesn't stop the cereal from going stale, what's the point? I might just have to spend a bit more to get airtight OXOs.) If you're using them for something where leaks aren't a problem, Rubbermaid will do as well.
