Review on 🌬️ Optimus F-4040BK 4-inch Portable Metal Fan, Standard, Black by Brooke Flora

Okay, I ordered three different 4 inch fans hoping at least one would fit my needs: small, quiet, efficient , cheap. I tried the Vornado from the manufacturer's website (looks great but roars in the highs but is very quiet in the lows). The Boston high speed fan is too loud to use at the table. The undisputed winner in this particular "quest for the quietest desktop fan" is the Optimus Hv fan model F-4040. The only issue I had was that the little hard rubber "feet" need to be more rubbery and slightly larger to better isolate them from passing sound through the surface they're resting on. Mine sits on a piece of tile which then rests on a folded sheet of gray styrofoam, similar to the packaging material that might have come with an electrical component supply. I will be ordering four more of these little devils - for home and office use.
