I buy this case for every Pi 4 I own. It's strong enough for a 200-pound person to step on and it won't leak. The metal chassis itself dissipates heat from the USB and Ethernet ports, acting as a natural heatsink in addition to forced cooling from the active fan. The fan itself is of average quality. Not good, not bad, and it's a standard size and easily interchangeable if you absolutely must have your own brand. The processing is stable and well adjusted (I have 4 of them), but no defects. With the included fans and heatsinks, my Pi 4 only runs at 50 degrees Celsius when running a full graphical desktop, overclocked to 2.1GHz over the usual 1.5GHz base clock.
