I have a large 2 car garage with 2 lights holding 2 fluorescent lights, very old fluorescent lights. I had to add ceramic lamp holders (4 total) before I could install these LED lights. Took me about an hour to finish it. After installing the new headlights, all I can say is WOW! Our garage was lit 10 times brighter than before. Very impressive. I plan to replace many other ceiling lights with these lights. It's a very simple design, so if you're not looking for "fancy fiction" you won't be disappointed. There was no indication of how long they would last, so that would be interesting to know. I hope to be able to use them for several years. If anyone knows how long they last please let me know. -Jr
