These gloves offer exceptional value for money. I decided to give these gloves a try after getting fed up with blowing off more expensive gloves after what seemed like a couple of sailing regattas. Most of these gloves would tear my palm and I bought them on purpose because they looked a little bulky in that area. They definitely did not disappoint. I am posting these 2 photos as they look after a full season of racing as a front sail trimmer on a Santa Cruz 52 including buoy racing and more brutal use in several endurance races such as Islands Race, N2E, Newport to Cabo and Transpack. The gloves seem to have plenty of time left after hundreds of hours of soaking and cleaning the kite throughout the season. I think I would probably burn through 3 pairs of Gill or West Marine gloves in the same amount of time and use. Definitely recommend them as a more durable and cheaper alternative!
