Description of 🧤 MRX BOXING & FITNESS Sailing Gloves: 3/4 Finger and Durable Grip for Men and Women - Ideal for Kayaking, Workouts, and More in Blue/Grey

PREMIUM PROTECTION FOR HANDS: Your hands are one of your most important assets. They allow you to do the things you enjoy doing every day. That’s why these sailing gloves were created to protect your hands when rowing or paddling gets especially rough. The gloves keep you safe from rope burn, bruising, calluses, and more to ensure your endurance. ALLOWS FULL DEXTERITY: When you sail, you rely on your fingers for a variety of tasks. These fingerless gloves only cover 3/4 of your fingers so that you can use your fingertips to tie knots. With this kind of dexterity, you can still type on your cell phone and carry out fine motor activities that other unspecialized and full-fingered gloves keep you from. PERFECT FOR WATER ACTIVITIES: In addition to exercise and weightlifting, these gloves are also great for gripping wet surfaces, such as kayak paddles, which makes them ideal for water sports. Whether you’re water skiing, boating, or kayaking, you’ll have full control of all your slippery gear with these gloves. Add them to your water sport accessories today. OPTIMIZED FOR LIFTING: We’ve designed these gloves with lifters like you in mind. The stretchy material keeps your hands cool as you sweat, and the fingers are padded for optimal impact protection, better grip, and improved comfort as you pump iron. Your hands and fingers will be able to bend naturally so that you get the best possible workout. High quality gloves but quite warm

Bought for use with a rowing machine. Very good gloves made of high quality materials. They fit well too. My only gripe is that they get pretty hot, but I get pretty hot so this probably won't be a problem for everyone.

Great gloves for sailing.

Gloves work great. Bought these for swimming 39' Beneteau they saved my hands. I got a real workout of 12+ hours of swimming a day for three days. The gloves are thick enough to handle any cord. Just make sure you use the size chart when ordering, if you're nervous go up a size.

  • Easy to use

Small suitable for sports

These gloves are small and poorly made for me. I can't really give a review as I can't even use it. I usually wear Gill Championship gloves, which I really like. Gill gloves last me two or three summers. I race once a week and go free swimming on the weekends. We have fresh water here in Detroit, so I don't know how long Gill's gloves will last in salt water.

Seams came undone after first use

Tried these gloves but at the end of a day of swimming the seams came undone on the edges of the fingers. Understand, these are inexpensive gloves, not a disposable pair! I'm not sure if I'm out of luck or if I should try again or just bite the bullet and buy a pair of Gills. The rest of the gloves are comfortable and functional. However, if the seams fall apart after a single use, this is unacceptable.

better than most sailing gloves I've had

I haven't had these gloves for a long time so I can't comment on their durability but they look very well made. than most sailing gloves I've actually had. I had trouble finding 2XX gloves and when I did most were smaller. Best of all, these gloves are 1/3 to 1/2 the price of other gloves I've bought. If they last an average amount of time, they're still a good deal.

Great Gloves: Gloves

Couldn't get any better than these for the price. Much better than similar products sold under the brand name of a well known marine supply chain. I swim a lot so I bought two pairs but after a few months I still haven't even sorted through the spares. They're all synthetic, which is good: if they get hard with salt, you can hand wash them in soapy water for a minute or two, attach them to a lifeline to dry, and they're like new. . I will buy another pair if I ever wear mine out.

Pros

Cons
  • Lots of Stuff

This website says you will receive two bills. I said "value for money" because I only received one pair. At Revain, "two bills" means two items, in this case a pair of gloves. You are cozy. Be sure to measure your hand as shown in one of the photos to get the correct fit. In terms of durability my last pair lasted a few years and was used for boating which is bad for gloves. This is the second time I've bought them. Editor: I contacted Revain and asked for a second pair to be included in "two…

Very important! More durable than Gill, West Marine etc.

These gloves offer exceptional value for money. I decided to give these gloves a try after getting fed up with blowing off more expensive gloves after what seemed like a couple of sailing regattas. Most of these gloves would tear my palm and I bought them on purpose because they looked a little bulky in that area. They definitely did not disappoint. I am posting these 2 photos as they look after a full season of racing as a front sail trimmer on a Santa Cruz 52 including buoy racing and more…

Comfortable glove with inferior stitching

I gave these gloves a try thinking the bad reviews might be fake. Here's what happened: At the end of a day of sailing on the river in very light winds, some of the seams on the edges of the fingers came undone. I think it would be worse if the glove had more wind, more water and more stress. Otherwise the gloves are very comfortable. The loosely woven base dries very quickly and ventilates the hands well, the leather itself makes a pretty good impression. The collar sleeves hold up well and…
