We decided to upgrade our old Waring 7 1/2" blade grinder and after looking at several brands we decided to go with it. It was the best Price for this type of grinder.What we liked is that the blade is coated and the slicer is powerful.Today we tried it on a boneless 6lb roast rib.We slice it for cheese steaks.Slicer has excellent Job done and job done with ease.This is a heavy machine and I'm glad my husband was able to move it in and out of the cupboard.This is the machine to get if you want a well made slicer.We only regret we didn't buy them sooner.
