The customer service is fantastic, they answer all of my questions promptly and efficiently as I would expect from any business! They are very knowledgeable about their products but also have great advice for how to best use them in your organization's operations if you're just starting out with something like this or even more experienced customers who need some guidance along the way - it doesn't matter what stage we find ourselves at when working with these guys because there always seems to be that next step available that makes our day-to-day activities easier (and perhaps cheaper).
We've been able to automate time entry processes by using multiple timers tied into one system so employees no longer go back & forth between different systems trying to do simple things such as get paid faster or submit timesheets quicker than before.
