No heatsink glue

I bought this kit because it had dampers AND heatsinks. There was no indication that the heatsinks were no longer covered in hot melt adhesive. Seriously, what's the point of buying thermal tape and those heatsinks separately when you can find the same bundle for the same price that you can use right away. I've never seen radiators without glue. Strange. Aside from the heatsinks, the dampers appear to be of decent quality. Two stars for half the product I paid for.
