Thumbs down in Skin Care

I didn't like this eye cream at all. It's more of a light concealer and not very moisturizing. It's also really weird how the cream part and the tinted part separate or something when I start applying it? I'm not sure if this is the right way to describe it, but it takes a long time to get used to and then it seems like it really doesn't do anything.? I returned it.
