Great Platform For Engaging With Our Customers

I love how easy it is to use and how simple the platform is to navigate. I also like how it is a very easy to use and a user friendly. I dislike the fact that it is a subscription based service. I am not sure if it is because we are in the beginning stages of using it, but I think we will be fine with it. I think it is a great way for our company to engage with our customers and thank them for their business.

We are able to send them gift cards and they can use them to purchase items from our online store. It has been great for our company. It has been able to help our company grow and get more customers.

Pros

This application provides allot value! Allows you do keep track off what your doing at any given time along wiith other important info about customer needs etc.The ability t o work remotely without anyone having issues knowing where everyone was or whats going down!! Love eveything !!!! :)
