I love how easy it is to use and how simple the platform is to navigate. I also like how it is a very easy to use and a user friendly. I dislike the fact that it is a subscription based service. I am not sure if it is because we are in the beginning stages of using it, but I think we will be fine with it. I like that it is integrated with our accounting system, allowing us to see all of my customers' transactions in one place - which makes managing them very simple! Also love how easy this program works for new users so there are no issues getting started at first glance or after training. The interface could be more intuitive as well; however these problems have been addressed by adding an additional screen/tab where most functions can now easily accessed without having multiple windows open…

Their customer service is excellent! I have never had to wait for them to respond to my email, even when they are on holidays. The entire team at Engage:value is very knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be disappointed with this software. We use it to manage our gift cards for our employees. It's easy to enter new card data, check balances, etc. Some of our customers prefer to do their own bookkeeping and accounting.
