Their customer service is excellent! I have never had to wait for them to respond to my email, even when they are on holidays. The entire team at Engage:value is very knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be disappointed with this software. We use it to manage our gift cards for our employees. It's easy to enter new card data, check balances, etc. Some of our customers prefer to do their own bookkeeping and accounting. It would be nice if you could export reports or download data into Excel. Also, we would like to be able to send e-mails via our database rather than having to go through an outside vendor. Engage:value has helped us save time by handling all our gift card management ourselves. It has helped our company to manage our clients' gift card program very well, it is easy to use, there are many features that help us to keep track of all our gift cards. I have not found any problem with this software. There is nothing that I dislike about it. The customer service is also excellent. We are able to give all our clients great value for their money by using this software. It has helped us to make sure our customers do not lose their gift cards and we can easily find them when needed.
