I've waited a long time to write this review because my granddaughter loved the look and feel of this chair and wanted to leave a great review. It was easy to set up, stable and looked great. However, when we assembled the 1st, there was a slight "rip" or tear in the material on the back of the chair. We contacted Revain and received an exact replacement with the intention of simply swapping out the backrest and repackaging it with the rest of the chair. Chair #2 also had a tear on the back! Contacted Revain and returned chair #2 and got chair #3 (in just over a week total). Chair #3 had a hole in the back and actually ordered a 4th chair with 2 holes! There is obviously a manufacturing defect in the chair, otherwise the chair is excellent. I told my daughter to pack the 4th and pick a new chair (we should have done this after the #2 chair). In the end my daughter went and bought fabric glue and will fill the holes with glue to keep the charm. The thought of taking the whole chair apart and sending it back was too much after receiving 4 chairs. Each time we thought we were getting a new production batch of the chair, but since all 4 had these breaks we figured it was a hardware defect. We never opened the boxes with a knife and any cuts were only on the back. Otherwise the chair looks great and is reasonably priced. The picture shows the breaks (one top center and one bottom center). The tears on the other chairs were in slightly different places - none of them were exactly the same.
