You may have read a review saying it doesn't charge any fees and doesn't work. Well it is, but you have to be patient and understand how the sun rises and sets around your house. Regarding patience, you can place the sun in a specific place and position it in a specific direction. Now observe for a day or two and then move or adjust the solar array depending on how the sun hits it. Also, keep in mind that it might not charge as well on cloudy days or times when the sun is shining as it does in California, which has fire times. Therefore, the sky can be filled with smoke, affecting solar performance. While it works, it may need to be rotated and adjusted in different seasons to accommodate the location/position/movement of the sun. Much luck
