Loved the system when it was first installed. (Bought in February) The timer worked pretty well the week before last. The 24-hour sunrise and moon setting ran on program b. In the morning we went downstairs and the light and sound were turned off. Turned on manually and performed a system reset. The timer still doesn't work. Trying to contact support since last week. They don't call back and nobody picks up the calls. Not a happy camper at the moment. I will update the review if anyone ever calls me back to fix my system. ****Update to review**** Emailed customer service and I was contacted immediately. Bought new with excellent customer service. Upgrade to 4 stars. I still prefer to speak to someone in person but they fixed the issue and I'm very satisfied.
