Normally I don't buy products with zero reviews, especially large items that are a nightmare to return. However, thanks to 'rona, outdoor furniture is nearly impossible to find this summer and most highly rated sets either cost 3x this one or won't ship until September, which defeats the purpose. With such a low price, I was expecting low quality and was quite surprised with how well made it is. Not perfect, but certainly great for the price.Packaging was in 4 boxes, but they used the pillows for almost all of the packing material so there was only a bit of recycling from the boxes themselves which I appreciated. Assembling them took a while, but it was easier than the IKEA dresser I put together a few weeks ago by far as a comparison. The set is low to the ground, but that is pretty common for outdoor furniture. In the pics I don't have the glass top on the ottoman because I just carried all of this up 3 flights of stairs to the roof and I'm tired, haha. Very happy with this purchase!
