I'd like to start by saying I've used probably a dozen or so of their UB Pro cases over the years and have always liked them. This could be my last. I don't care if the fingerprint scanner works or not. I don't use it and don't want to use it. My problem is the fingerprint scanner, now my screen has a big visit dot in the middle. I assumed that while this is a fingerprint scanning area it wouldn't be easy to spot, but I was wrong. I was waiting for them to make a case with a built in screen protector and I wasted my money. I can't have that big permanent dot on the screen. I tried to contact the company but of course they never answer the phone. You've got to stand up for those of us who don't care about the fingerprint scanner. If you don't mind always having a big dot on your screen, this is the case for you!
