I've been waiting for a case sent to my main membership for almost 2 weeks. Why am I paying $100/year for a membership to be delivered in at least 2 days and I am not receiving it within 2 weeks? After reading many negative reviews about the fingerprint reader, I didn't expect much from this case. And after a few initial attempts to unlock the phone with the screen protector on, those negative reviews seem to have come true. However; After the fourth try, I learned that it almost always works. The case itself looks sturdy and protective. I used a Unicorn Beetle case for my latest Galaxy and it has kept the exterior looking almost new for years. However, the "protective film" is a big problem in this case. It's a thin sheet that sticks to the front with a small circle in the center for the fingerprint scanner. There is glue on the circle so it leaves a circle in the center of your screen! Goo-gone doesn't remove it, there is now a circle in the middle of the phone when it's on or off.

I'd like to start by saying I've used probably a dozen or so of their UB Pro cases over the years and have always liked them. This could be my last. I originally bought the non-screen protector version due to the color (purple) and wanted to use Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector. The case is generally excellent.
