Review on ๐Ÿฆ’ Melissa & Doug Jungle Wooden Activity Table for Toddlers - First Play Children's Toy by Brant Skogen

Helped my son to stand and walk

Very cute toy. I doubted whether it was worth buying. I usually look at reviews and call, but it wasn't much. I think I'll highlight things that come to mind; I liked that it was made of wood. There weren't many options for wooden exercise tables, and this one was inexpensive. It is of good quality and has a nice finish and material. It is very pleasing to the eye, bright and definitely attracts my son to play with. That is my favourite. - I wasn't sure about the size. It's not as big as traditional tables, but it's pretty decent. My son uses it to help him stand up and then he squats down to play occasionally, or stands up and can play with a butterfly or anything else that sticks out. He is in the 40th percentile for height. When we first got it he played with it while seated for a short while, but not for long! My sons are very interested in this! You wouldn't believe it but it's a pretty good open ended game, lots to do and it's repetitive but he loves it and you can involve and encourage them too. He loves the mirror and also the butterfly (after three months). When we first got him, he was most interested in the sloth and the spinning wheel. It is very light, which is both a plus and a minus. My son sometimes likes to knock it over while playing and obviously that's not the safest way to play! We got it when my son was almost 10 months old. He is now 13 months old and still very popular. I'd say it's worth the money, especially if you prefer wood over plastic.
